Today is the last day of the exhibition at Mitchell Hill in Charleston, BUT…

exhibition at Mitchell Hill in Charleston

Today ends the month-long exhibition of “The Lighter Side” at Mitchell Hill in Charleston with fellow artist Chris Fulp. We has a fun time at the opening and met lots of new friends and sold some paintings too.

I hope that in a time of heated political debates, busy work schedules and daily stress you were able to visit the show in its entirety. Chris and I are represented by Mitchell Hill which means our work will still be showing, minus the work we sold. There may not be as large an exhibition space out for the work, but don’t fret, just ask and they can pull more work out for you to buy.

For the show I created and delivered 18 bright, new, happy paintings – all with a lighter palette – for the exhibition. With all that is going on in the world, I wanted to provide my viewers with artwork that promotes positivity and makes people happy. I think it is important for people to take a step back and remember to look at the lighter side of things.
